A direct descendant of the Amish, this apple not only fell far from the tree, it hit the ground and just kept rolling! As a five-year-old he had three dreams, none of which meshed with his religiously conservative upbringing. Young Paulie wanted to be a black belt, a lead singer in a rock band as well as become an FBI agent. The black belt was achieved, and he fronted a rock band in his early 20’s. Sadly, his antics while playing in a band pretty much disqualified him from ever being a member of the FBI! However he does have a passion for justice and has assisted agencies in matters such as cyberstalking and child abuse. Having already achieved the majority of his dreams he took on marathon running among other pursuits. Everything else from here is “gravy” as he says. After each new milestone his sons would ask: “So dad, what’s next?” Well kiddo’s, this is it!
